WTA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Teleconference Meeting July 9, 2014
The 07/09/2014 teleconference meeting of the Wisconsin Trapshooting Association Board of Directors was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by President Bruce Stiteley. Directors on line were 1st Vice President Bill Simonar, SE: Don Mittag, SW: Adam LePine, Bob Ebbers, NW: Glenn Hamerly, ATA Delegate Rick Tesker , 1st Alt. Delegate Kevin Doerring, Treasurer Eric Tesker and Secretary Theresa Howland. Joining us for teleconference was Denny Taylor. Absent for teleconference was NE: Dave Wehmeir, Gary Fechter.
Meeting started at 6:30 pm
Reports
Dennis Taylor: Dennis joined the teleconference to let us know what was happening out at the Homegrounds. He said the pods are in place. Golf carts are here. The shelters are getting the roofs put on. Dumpsters would be here in the next couple of days. The restroom building will come soon. Shower house is inspected and working. Grass is growing good Frtiz has been cutting it. We have had some hard rainfalls and he has been working on some areas where it has washed some of the gravel away. It should all be fixed if the hard rain stops. We could use people to bring weed whackers and blowers to clean around the sidewalks. Gun racks and benches need to be moved. Office area needs to< get ready. Trap houses need to be swept out. We received cards to hand out so businesses could see how this week might effect them. This was a request from the JEM Grant.
Bill: Talked about the camping and that he would have people coming in at all times and was going to need help out on the line Adam said he would help out.
Don: Don was getting ready to go to the Homegrounds and go thru the supply trailer so we have what we need for the State shoot. He had already gotten everything from Arlene and Dick Otto’s home. He was going to start to set up the pods, and setting things up for the line.
Bruce: Talked about things that need to be done before the State Shoot. There are a lot of things that need to be done. Tents need to be set up. Michelle will be here on Monday morning to set up. T.V. needs to be put up and cable ran. We will need as many workers as we can get to get everything ready for the state shoot.
Theresa: I asked about the programs fro the Annual Meeting, how many to print the board agreed that 150 would be good.

Next meeting: The next Face to Face Meeting will be held 8:00 on July 12, 2014 at the Homegrounds. The meeting will be mainly a work day to get things ready for the State Shoot.
