I made some updates to the new caching plugin. It is now set to update the cache every 60 seconds. If you are updating pages more often than that, you may need to refresh. I can always decrease that amount of time, if 60 is still too long. Hopefully this will take care of the problem. If you are still having trouble, please try clearing your browser’s cache. I agree, this probably has nothing to do with the users, but I wanted to get the information out there, just to cover all our bases. I am checking in to the security of our hosting company now as well.
Thank you for sharing the link, it was very informative. As much as I like WordPress for its ease of use, the drawback is that it is more hackable. We just have to remember to maintain our security as best we can.
