More good news for the WTA! The Moser fidility account is finalized. All money per the loan agreement with Summit Credit Union was paid down on the loan. I asked to get the loan reammortized and they agreed. The WTA loan payment has drop almost $5000 per month. This is the first year the WTA did not have to beg from members, business or Ray’s funds to have enough cash to make to the Annual State Shoot. We are finally heading in the right direction. Let’s have a great State Shoot!

Don, just to let you know, Michelle had all the checks printed on Sunday of the State Shoot. Theresa took the checks with her. My wife had all the envelopes stamped and return addresses put on. I contacted Theresa and she said she had the checks in the mail within a few days. Not everything runs perfect in this world. I had other shooters call me and tell me they have not received their checks also. I’m sure you will get before Christmas.

All the accounts at the River Cities Bank has two listed people that can handle any money matters. I will look into to our loan at Summit, because I am not sure but I believe it has at least two also. I wish there was an easy way to resolve the fidelity account issue. It would help the WTA immensely.

    Thanks Jim Kroeplien

I have sum good news. Ray’s house money was deposited yesterday into the WTA checking. I wrote a check to Summit this morning. We are technically in default because they have not received all of Ray’s funds as promised. I have been begging to get this resolved since December. You are correct, it is costing the WTA about $100 per day in interest. When we receive Ray’s money and pay down our note, Summit is willing to re ammoratize that note to make our payments less, so this is a win win for the WTA. The BOD is working on developing a new business plan, because the old one was far from reality. We all want to see this place survive, now we just have to figure out how to pay for it.

    Thanks Jim Kroeplien WTA treasurer

I know Don’s not happy about the forum working. I wish he would have been at the meeting to get the information straight. The comment I made was that Theresa commented at the last meeting she was willing to run the food stand instead of cashiering. Part of Don’s comments are correct, but that what gets people in trouble. Rachel is NOT going to do the food stand because of a new job, so guess what, she NEVER offered and I NEVER said or she could even do the cashiering job because of her schedule. She is hoping to make the shoot Friday through Sunday. I did say that I have an individual willing to do the secretary job and possibly the cashiering job if it became available. I called and left a message for Don to resolve this issue and give the correct information but he has not called me back. Please call a board member if you need any information, we are posting meeting minutes as fast as possible.
