RONALD TOLLEFSON OBITUARY
Ronald Tollefson, 74, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Aurora Hospital in Oshkosh. He was born on December 18, 1947 in Manitowoc.
Ron was an avid fisherman, hunter and trap shooter. He enjoyed the camaraderie over many years at the annual Cass Lake fishing cluster.
Ron enjoyed his architectural profession and appreciated the friendships he made over the years with clients.
Ron is survived by brothers Phillip (Phyllis), Walter and Joseph (Debra); sisters Mary Garcia, Janice (Jerry) Soucoup and Aggie (Tom) Fabian, brother-in-law Mike Jadin, sister-in-law Sharon Tollefson, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Oliver and Alice (Korlesky) Tollefson, brother Eugene, sister Martha Jadin, brother-in-law Cris Garcia, nephew Spc. John Tollefson and nieces Shelby Tollefson and Sue Hernandez.
Services: Ron’s family invites relatives and friends to Holy Family Catholic Church, 271 4th Street Way, Fond du Lac, on Monday, December 12th for visitation from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Noon with military honors to follow.
A heartfelt, special thank you is extended to Kate Miller, Ron’s niece, for coordinating his health care the past few months. We will forever remember the question, “Where the hell is she at?” with love.
Please no flowers, all donations will be given in Ron’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Wisconsin Veteran’s Home in King, WI.Published by Zacherl Funeral Home – Fond du Lac on Dec. 5, 2022.
