ParticipantAs most of you probably know, in the morning hours of July 15th, 2020, the Muscoda Sportsman’s Club clubhouse/kitchen was completely destroyed by a fire started by an overnight lightening strike. As planning begins to rebuild, preliminary cost estimates to meet State requirements for the new building show that the Club will be incurring a considerable expense in the coming months. While the club has insurance to cover part of the building and some of its contents, the money falls short of what is needed to rebuild.
The fire and loss of the clubhouse hasn’t diminished club members’ ambitions. In fact, in a display of perseverance, club members managed to shoot a few rounds of trap on the same day of the fire after restoring power to the trap field and sifting through debris for hours for any valuables that could be salvaged. We also have an ATA shoot scheduled for Sunday, July 26th and WILL be going forward with the 51st annual Team Shoot on Sunday, September 6th as scheduled.
Any amount of money you are able to donate to this cause would be forever appreciated by the Muscoda Sportsman’s Club, it’s members and guests. The Muscoda Sportsman’s Club is an active host of youth shooting (high school and college levels) as well as a member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association. The clubhouse is also used by the local community for graduation parties, wedding receptions/anniversaries, birthday parties, and class reunions.
We have set up a GoFundMe fundraiser which can be accessed from this link:

Thank you for your support! We look forward to seeing you all soon!

ParticipantYesterday, October 11th, Dad and I attended the National Trapshooting Day shoot at the Berlin Conservation Club. We had a great time and the folks were very accommodating.
We wanted to thank the BCC Members for their donation to the Muscoda clubhouse rebuild effort and also everyone there who purchased calendar raffle tickets!
Berlin Conservation Club is a great place to shoot, so please check it out if you have a chance!
On behalf of the Muscoda Sportsman’s Club, Thanks again!!
