I don’t have many details but I learned today that past WTA President and two time State Champion (1989 Singles 200×200 and 1989 High All Around 391×400) Joe Zukowski passed away after a long illness.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Joe’s wife Barbara and his family. May the Lord bless them with comfort and peace during this difficult time.

I was involved with the WTA when Joe was President. He spent countless hours for the shooters of Wisconsin. He and I didn’t always agree on things but I truly believe he had the best interest of the WTA in his heart and mind.

Born to eternal life October 21, 219 at age of 77. Beloved husband of Barbara and loving father of Kathryn (Peter Swanda). Loving grandfather to Julia Swanda. Joe was a veteran having served his country with honor during the Vietnam War.
Visitation Tuesday October 29, 219 from 3-5 pm at Mother of Good Counsel Church 6924 W. Lisbon Ave. followed by a Funeral Mass at 5:00 pm.
