ParticipantDon that should be the High School Clay Target League. This would be the third year (I think) they would have their championship at Rome.

ParticipantYou are right. I just didn’t put the letters together. I do think you are also right about the third year. It is another youth group that is growing by leaps and bounds. ( that’s a good thing)
I was hoping to make it to the meeting Sat but it looks like a long day. Not sure I could drive 300 miles and sit though the meeting. I am still getting my stamina back and need a couple of naps during the day. But every day is better than the last. Maybe the next one.

ModeratorDon –
Sorry about abbreviating! But yes, they Clay Target League program is growing like crazy! You are right, I imagine the meeting will be another long one. It takes a long time to go through the State Shoot Program even though I have tried to do as much prep work as possible with contacting folks that I an ahead of time.
Hope you are feeling good and taking care of yourself.
Stay warm.

ParticipantBetter add discussion regarding the position of state shoot shoot-off coordinator. That is a huge job given some of the complexity of all the categories and class fallbacks not to mention all the extras (club, husband/wife) etc. John’s shoes will be hard to follow and replaced but if you get someone on board now you might be ok.
When I served as state shoot tournament director, aside from hirering school labor and computer scoring guru, shoot-off coordinator was at top of list of importance.

ModeratorYes, SCTP was discussed today Brad.
