I heard first hand today the papers finally got signed for money from Ray Moser’s estate. So in the near future which timeline I’m uncertain of. But we will be finally get to pay down our note and after some hurdles hopefully get a refi. This will save us more than likely half in our monthly payment.
To bad it took 10 months but it’s finally going forward.
I get asked about this probably 50 times a week so I thought we should all rejoice together. Thank you Ray forever missed
