Treasurer’s Report – We grossed $750,000.  That will fall way short this year due to no events being held this year.  We have about $95,000 net income which will need to get us through the winter to pay the bills. We are just under $700,000 for our debt.

Rhino made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report.  Don seconded.  So carried.

Nominations and Elections of Zone Directors:
Fritz reported that we will not elect any new zone directors due to the cancelation of the zone shoots this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Chops made a motion to keep the zone directors for another year.  Don Mittag seconded.  So carried.

ATA Delegate:
We will keep the same delegates for the next year as well.

Chops made a motion to keep the same delegates for the next year.  YZ seconded.  So carried.

Old and New Business:
Janesville canceled central zone shoot.  We are trying to get things arranged to hold the Central Zone here at Homegrounds.  It will be held on July 31st, 1st and 2nd.  Brian will have enough kids to run the shoot.

Jeff Recob reported we will need to load targets tomorrow morning and it may be raining. May be a little past 8am to get started shooting.  We will try to load some of the houses out front in between events today.

Muscoda gun club burned down.  We will have a donation bucket to help cover expenses as insurance will not cover everything.

Chops presented YZ with a coat for the Hall of Fame induction.

We will be doing something about the PA system as people cannot hear the announcements down the line.

YZ made a motion to adjourn.  Rich Johnson seconded.

Meeting adjourned at 8:11am.
