Wisconsin Trapshooting Association

Teleconference Meeting on Dec. 10, 2017

The teleconference meeting of the Wisconsin Trapshooting Association Board of Directors, was called to order at 11:08 by Jerry Kaszynski, Acting President.  Directors present were, N/W Tate Barwald and Phil Challoner, N/E Don Chrapla, S/W LaVerne Lehmann and Fritz Thistle, S/E Dick Otto, 1^st Alt. Delegate Dwight Paulin, Acting Treasurer Arlene Otto, Secretary/Shoot Coordinator Amy Jenkins.  Absent was ATA Delegate Kevin Doerring.

Meeting started at 11:08.

Election of Officers:
President:
Dick made a recommendation for Fritz Thistle.  LaVerne seconded it.  Fritz accepted.  So carried.

1^st Vice President
Phil made a recommendation for Tate Barwald.  Dwight seconded.  Tate accepted.  So carried.

2^nd Vice
Dick made a recommendation for Don Chrapla.  Jerry seconded it.  Don accepted.  So carried.

Treasurer
Fritz nominated Arlene for treasurer for interim.  Don seconded.  Arlene accepted.  So carried.

Fritz stopped by River Cities and signed bank papers.  Arlene has signed the papers.  Fritz will stop by on Tuesday and have Amy sign the papers and return them to the bank.  The account is frozen right now until the papers are returned on Tuesday.

Don made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Dick seconded.  So carried.

Meeting adjourned at 11:24.

Next face-to-face meeting will be January 13^th at 9am at Sherwood Lodge.
