Teleconference Meeting September 30, 2014
The 09/30/2014 teleconference meeting of the Wisconsin Trapshooting Association Board of Directors was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by President Bruce Stiteley.
Directors on line were, 2nd Vice President Don Mittag, S/W: Adam LePine, Jerry Farnsworth, N/W: Glenn Hamerly, ATA Delegate Rick Tesker, 1st Alt. Delegate Kevin Doerring, 2nd Alt. Delegate Dwight Paulin and Secretary Theresa Howland. Absent for teleconference was 1st Vice President Bill Simonar, Treasurer Eric Tesker, S/E: Gary Fechter, and N/E: Dave Wehmeir

Reports
Bruce: A question was brought to the Board of directors as to how the Lewis classes were figured for the 2014 State Shoot. Due to a misinterpretation of the program,which read they would be figured in percentage and High Gun it should have read just percentage. After a lengthy discussion on this subject a motion was made by Don Mittag and seconded by Adam LePine. The motion was to keep the Lewis class as is and all Lewis classes will stay figured as a percentage. The vote passed unanimous for the motion. He was also suggesting that the board looks at the resumes they received for the new Treasures position so a decision can be made. There was talk on how we can make it easier for those that do the classifying so it can run smoother.
Adam: Adam brought up that he was able to get to Norm’s house and worked on the truck. He was able to get the truck running. The truck is a 1999 Dodge Ram Sport. He was asking if the Board was going to be interested in purchasing this vehicle for $1500 it would be for the Homegrounds. The decision will be made later. Don was going to be talking to Norm about the truck.
Theresa: I brought up a few emails I have received from Elizabeth Foellmi, who is working on the JEM Grant. She was looking for a little information for the grants which I will be working on getting this for her, if possible.

Next meeting: The next Face to Face Meeting will be held 9:00 am on October 4, 2014 at the Lake Sherwood Lodge.
