WTA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

Teleconference Meeting April 22, 2013

The 4/22/13 teleconference meeting of the Wisconsin Trapshooting Association Board of Directors was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by President Bruce Stiteley. Directors on line were SE: Don Mittag, SW: Dennis Taylor, Ken Cerney, NW: Glenn Hamerly, NE: Bill Simonar, Alt. Delegates Kevin Doerring, Dwight Paulin and Secr./Treas. Arlene Otto.

Bruce Stiteley: Heart of Wisconsin Sportsmens Club submitted a final copy of an agreement between their club and the WTA basically stating the WTA would not conduct league shooting on Wednesday nights. Bruce will send a copy to the board members for their approval. Bruce reported several of the banks have asked for additional information, including an appraisal, for the loan application. He and Jeff Ebel have been working with Dan Rupar, Keith Kerr and Jen Powers to ensure our legal status with regards maintaining our 501c3.

Around the Table:

Glenn Hammerly: Trap machines will be ready for pickup on 5/1. Glenn has been meeting with several groups as trapline help.

Dwight Paulin: 64 Barrels are have been picked up and tops cut off. He will have a total of approximately 100 to be used on the grounds for trash.

Ken Cerney: There were no further manager applications received. Interviews will take place in the near future.

Arlene Otto: Reported on the bank balances, and two bills to be paid. Approval given.

Don Mittag: Dudley Larson will be transporting traphouses and trapmachines, Dan McDermott, Jim Grunewald, Rick Johnson and Chuck Hilgendorf will be working on the grounds to place them. Don, Ken and Kevin discussed an email received regarding standard start times for the 4 zone shoots. Starting times are set by the individual clubs hosting the zones.

Next Teleconference meeting will be called as needed.
